นโยบายการใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้ (Acceptable Use Policy – AUP)

นโยบายฉบับนี้กำหนดแนวทางการใช้งานบริการของบริษัท ดีพ เชน เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (“บริษัท”) ผู้ใช้ตกลงว่าจะใช้บริการอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและไม่กระทำการใด ๆ ที่ขัดต่อนโยบายฉบับนี้
1. การใช้งานที่ผิดกฎหมาย
ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อ:
- กระทำการที่ขัดต่อกฎหมายไทยหรือกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ฉ้อโกง หลอกลวง หรือแอบอ้างบุคคลอื่น
- สนับสนุนหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการฟอกเงิน
- จำหน่ายสินค้าหรือบริการที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- ดำเนินธุรกิจที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมาย
2. เนื้อหาที่เป็นอันตรายหรือไม่เหมาะสม
ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่เผยแพร่หรือประมวลผลเนื้อหาที่:
- ส่งเสริมความเกลียดชัง ความรุนแรง หรือการเลือกปฏิบัติ
- ยุยง ปลุกปั่น หรือสนับสนุนให้เกิดความไม่สงบ
- ละเมิดสิทธิหรือศักดิ์ศรีของบุคคล
- เป็นสื่อลามกอนาจารที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- เกี่ยวข้องกับการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศโดยมิชอบ
- ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า หรือทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
3. กิจกรรมทางการเงินที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อ:
- โครงการลงทุนที่มีลักษณะหลอกลวง
- แชร์ลูกโซ่ (Ponzi Scheme)
- ธุรกิจ MLM ที่เข้าข่ายผิดกฎหมาย
- การชักชวนลงทุนโดยไม่มีใบอนุญาต
- การเสนอขายหลักทรัพย์หรือสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
4. สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลและคริปโตเคอร์เรนซี
ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อ:
- การดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับคริปโตเคอร์เรนซีหรือสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การระดมทุน ICO / Token Sale ที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
5. ความปลอดภัยของระบบ
ห้าม:
- เข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- พยายามเจาะระบบ
- แจกจ่ายมัลแวร์ ไวรัส หรือโค้ดที่เป็นอันตราย
- ส่งสแปมหรือ phishing
- ใช้งานในลักษณะที่ก่อให้เกิดภาระเกินสมควรต่อระบบ
6. การใช้ข้อมูลโดยมิชอบ
ห้าม:
- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่มีฐานกฎหมาย
- ใช้ข้อมูลในลักษณะที่ละเมิดความเป็นส่วนตัว
- ประมวลผลข้อมูลที่มีความอ่อนไหวโดยไม่มีสิทธิ
7. การบังคับใช้
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบ ระงับ หรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้ที่ละเมิดนโยบายฉบับนี้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า และอาจดำเนินการทางกฎหมายตามสมควร

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of services provided by Deep Chain Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company”). Users agree to use the Services lawfully and in compliance with this Policy.
1. Illegal Activities
Users may not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Commit fraud or impersonation
- Engage in money laundering
- Sell illegal goods or services
- Operate unlicensed businesses
2. Harmful or Inappropriate Content
Users may not publish or process content that:
- Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
- Incites unrest or unlawful activities
- Violates third-party rights
- Contains illegal pornography
- Infringes intellectual property rights
3. High-Risk Financial Activities
Prohibited uses include:
- Fraudulent investment schemes
- Ponzi or pyramid schemes
- Illegal MLM operations
- Unauthorized solicitation of investments
- Unauthorized securities or digital asset offerings
4. Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency
Users may not operate:
- Unlicensed cryptocurrency or digital asset businesses
- Unauthorized ICOs or token offerings
5. System Security
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malware
- Conduct phishing or spam
- Overload or disrupt systems
6. Misuse of Data
Users must not:
- Collect personal data unlawfully
- Violate privacy rights
- Process sensitive data without authorization
7. Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to investigate and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy without prior notice.
